Contact our WeChat customer service (WeChat ID: vsedu1) or email us at info@vsuccess.com.au to request an enrolment form. After you complete the form, we will calculate the tuition based on the number of remaining lessons in the term.

一般报名流程如下：
家长咨询并了解机构课程安排与教学理念；
安排学生进行能力测试，评估其当前学习水平；
根据测试结果安排试听课程，匹配适合年级或班型；
填写报名表并完成学费缴纳；
领取学习资料，学生正式进入课堂学习。

The general enrolment process is as follows:
Parents inquire and learn about our programs and teaching approach;
The student completes a placement test to assess their current academic level;
Based on the result, we arrange a trial class suited to their ability and year level;
Parents fill out the enrolment form and complete tuition payment;
Learning materials are provided and the student officially joins the class.

学费为按学期缴纳，我们不提供半年或全年一次性付款服务，以方便家长根据实际情况灵活安排时间与课程。在填写学费单后，我们会根据学期所剩课时为您计算应缴费用。
您可选择银行转账或现金支付方式完成缴费。请在订单注明的截止日期前完成支付，逾期未缴将可能无法保留学生下学期的课程名额。
如您提前知晓有任何日期无法上课，请在支付学费前与我们联系以便进行课时调整。
Tuition is paid per term, and we do not offer half-year or full-year upfront payment options. This allows parents greater flexibility in adjusting their child’s schedule. After the fee form is completed, we will calculate the total based on the number of remaining sessions in the term.
You can pay via bank transfer or cash. Please make sure to complete the payment by the due date listed on your invoice. If payment is not received on time, we cannot guarantee your child’s place for the next term.
If you know in advance that your child will be absent on any dates, please contact us before payment so we can adjust the billing accordingly.
根据年级的不同，每节课的时长会有所调整。一般情况如下：
珠心算课程：每节课 1.5 小时
一年级英文/数学课程：每节课 1.5 小时
二年级至 VCE 年级课程：每节课 2 小时

Class durations vary depending on the year level. The general structure is as follows:
Abacus & Mental Arithmetic: 1.5 hours per session
Year 1 English / Maths: 1.5 hours per session
Year 2 to VCE classes: 2 hours per session

我们目前的优惠政策为“老带新”政策，不按家庭报名孩子数量提供折扣。
“老带新”政策说明：
每当一位家长成功推荐一位新学生报名任意课程，该家长可获得10%学费折扣，可于下学期抵用。该折扣可累积使用，且无上限，欢迎积极推荐！
Currently, we do not offer discounts based on the number of children enrolled per family.
However, we do offer a Referral Discount Program:
For every new student successfully referred and enrolled in any course, the referring parent will receive a 10% discount, which can be applied to the next term’s tuition.
This discount can be accumulated and has no upper limit.
若您的退款申请仍处于冷静期¹内，请联系教务客服老师提交退款及退课申请。退款将收取**$20 操作费用**。
超过冷静期的课程费用将不予退还。
¹ Vsuccess Education 仅在课程学期开始前的 48 小时冷静期内 提供全额退款。
If your refund request is within the cooling-off period¹, please contact our admin team to apply for a refund and withdrawal. A $20 processing fee will be charged.
Any requests outside the cooling-off period will not be eligible for a refund.
¹ Vsuccess Education only offers full refunds within 48 hours prior to the start of the term (cooling-off period).
若因个人原因（如学校活动、家庭出行等）缺课，我们无法提供退费或学费转移服务。
如果学生所在年级有平行班级，可以联系教务老师安排补课，具体班级课表请向客服老师索取。
若因生病无法参加当周课程，家长可提交有效的医疗证明（medical certificate），我们将把相应课时的费用转入下学期学费中以作抵用。
If a class is missed due to personal reasons (e.g. school events, family travel), no refunds or tuition credit transfers will be provided.
If there is a parallel class available for the same subject and year level, you may contact our admin team to arrange a makeup session. Please request the latest class timetable from our customer service team.
If your child is unwell and unable to attend a class, please provide a valid medical certificate. The missed session will be credited towards the next term’s tuition.
有的，我们根据不同年级设置了相应的测验安排：
小学部：每年安排两次学期测验，分别为年中测试与年末测试。
初中部：每个课题结束后安排课题测验，并统一进行年中与年末测试。
高中部及 VCE 班级：测验安排将根据班级教学进度和学生情况灵活调整。
测验旨在帮助老师了解学生的学习成效，及时调整教学策略。
Yes, we conduct assessments at various levels:
Primary School: Two major term assessments are held each year — a Mid-Year Test and an End-of-Year Test.
Junior Secondary: In addition to topic-based assessments after each unit, students also take Mid-Year and End-of-Year Tests.
Senior Secondary & VCE: Tests are arranged flexibly based on class progress and student needs.
These assessments help teachers monitor student performance and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
数学教材由 Vsuccess Education 自主编写与出版，需在本机构内部购买。
教材与课程内容严格配套使用，为保障教学连贯性与学习效果，教材不对外单独销售，仅限报名课程的学生购买使用。
All mathematics textbooks are independently developed and published by Vsuccess Education and must be purchased directly through our centre.
As the textbooks are designed to align with our course content, they are not sold separately and are only available to students enrolled in our programs.
