Where it is required, when you enrol in a program supported by a third party, you are taken to agree to those party’s terms and conditions, as well as their privacy policies.  Otherwise, you will be taken to agree to those party’s terms and conditions when you use the particular service or function.

All timetables are subject to change. Vsuccess Education makes no guarantee as to class availability. All changes in timetables will be communicated directly from the involved offices or divisions.

At Vsuccess Education, we strive to provide quality education and maintain excellence in our services. Due to various factors, including inflation, increased operational costs, and investments in educational enhancements, it may become necessary to implement tuition fee price adjustments.

We will endeavor to provide advance notice of any tuition fee price increase. The notification will be communicated to students and parents/guardians through official channels such as email, Wechat, or physical notices.

在 Vsuccess Education，我们致力于提供高质量的教育服务并持续保持卓越水准。由于通货膨胀、运营成本上升以及对教学质量持续投入等多项因素，可能需要对学费进行适当调整。

Vsuccess Education ONLY provides a full refund within 48 hours cooling period before the course starts.

Students might be provided with a parallel class due to sickness, school activities, etc*

**Credit for missed classes will only be granted to students who are unwell and can submit a medical certificate issued within three days of the absence.

Vsuccess Education 仅在课程开始前的48小时冷静期内提供全额退款。

* 若因学生生病、学校活动等原因缺课，可能会安排学生参与相应的平行课程作为补课方式。

Vsuccess Education reserves the right to suspend students/families for non-payment of tuition or inappropriate conduct.  We expect all students, parents and teachers to treat each other with respect and consideration.

Vsuccess Education 保留因未缴纳学费或不当行为而暂停学生或其家庭成员参与课程的权利。
我们期望所有学生、家长及教师彼此以尊重与体谅的态度相处。

The above terms and conditions may be changed at the discretion of management and will be communicated to customers with updates on our ‘Terms and Conditions’ listed on our website.

Vsuccess Education reserves the right to change a teacher for any reason at any time without notice or liability. In the event of absence of teacher due to illness or personal emergencies, replacement teacher will be offered and no refund or credit will be offered.

Vsuccess Education 保留在任何时间因任何原因更换任课教师的权利，恕不另行通知且无需承担任何责任。如因教师生病或个人紧急情况无法授课，我们将安排代课教师进行替代教学，届时不予退款或提供学费抵用。

Vsuccess Education may cancel a course, a class or a program before it starts. If this unfortunate situation happens, a message or another form of contact will be made to the parents/guardians directly. A full refund will be given.

Vsuccess Education 有权在课程、班级或项目开始前取消其开设。如发生此类情况，我们将通过短信或其他联系方式直接通知家长或监护人，并全额退还已缴纳的相关费用。

Parent or legal guardian provide consent for Vsuccess Education  and any of its related and associated entities to use and display a photograph of a Child in any advertising, marketing or promotion undertaken by Golden Abacus Pty Ltd  using any advertising, marketing or promotional medium, including but not limited to: 

• website; 
• print media; 
• electronic media; 
• promotional boards; 
• promotional banners; 
• promotional flyers; and 
• any other form of advertising, marketing or promotion undertaken by Golden Abacus Pty Ltd . 

If the parent or guardian does not consent to their child being photographed, filmed, or recorded for these purposes, they must inform Vsuccess Education in writing at the time of enrolment. Otherwise, it will be deemed that consent has been given and that the institution is authorised to use such materials appropriately.

家长或法定监护人同意授权 Vsuccess Education 及其相关或附属实体，在 Golden Abacus Pty Ltd 所进行的任何广告、营销或宣传活动中，使用并展示其子女的照片。该授权适用于各种广告、营销或宣传媒介，包括但不限于：

• 官网及网页；

• 平面媒体；

• 电子媒体；

• 宣传展板；

• 宣传单页；

• 以及由 Golden Abacus Pty Ltd 所开展的任何其他形式的广告、营销或推广活动。

若家长或监护人不同意孩子被拍摄、录音或录影并用于上述用途，必须在报名时以书面形式主动告知 Vsuccess Education。否则，将视为已同意并授权本机构合理使用相关影像资料。
