We understand it is time consuming but it’s imperative that both Golden Abacus Pty Ltd and our customers have clear agreement on contractual oblications you and Golden Abacus Pty Ltd are committed to ensure we can deliver service as prescribed.

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to the Vsuccess Education’s web site located at www.vsuccess.com.au, and all associated sites linked to www.vsuccess.com.au by Golden Abacus Pty Ltd, its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Golden Abacus Pty Ltd sites around the world (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is the property of Golden Abacus Pty Ltd and its licensors. 

BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

“Services”: Tutorials, classes and trainings offered by Golden Abacus Pty Ltd.

The content on our sites includes things like text, code, software, video, music, sound, graphics, photographs, illustrations, artwork, names, logos, trademarks, service marks and other material which is protected by intellectual property laws (eg copyright, patents, and registered trademarks and designs), as well as other legal rights and actions. The sites include content which we own or control, as well as content which is owned or controlled by other parties, which we licence.

Although the accuracy of content in our sites are  maintained by care and precautions we cannot guarantee, nor do we accept any legal liability arising from or connected to, the accuracy, reliability, currency or completeness of anything contained on sites or on any linked site. The information contained on sites should not take the place of professional advice.

We may partner with different organisations to enrich our students’ learning experience. To delivery our service, you required to provide personal information to one of our partner organisations, or to comply with additional terms and conditions. For those services, you may not be able to enrol in or complete it without agreeing to the third party terms. Where it is required, when you enrol in a program supported by a third party, you are taken to agree to those party’s terms and conditions, as well as their privacy policies.  Otherwise, you will be taken to agree to those party’s terms and conditions when you use the particular service or function.  

Except where prohibited by law, in no event will Golden Abacus Pty Ltd be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Golden Abacus Pty Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. We take no responsibility for the accuracy of any of the content or statements in relation to our Services. Statements made are by way of general comment only and you should satisfy yourself as to their accuracy. Further, all of our Services are provided without a warranty with the exception of any warranties provided by law. All timetables are subject to change. Vsuccess Education makes no guarantee as to class availability. All changes in timetables will be communicated directly from the involved offices or divisions .

Payment options include;

• Cash (limited centres)
• Direct Debit

We don’t provide Wechat Pay or Paypal.

At Vsuccess Education, we strive to provide quality education and maintain excellence in our services. Due to various factors, including inflation, increased operational costs, and investments in educational enhancements, it may become necessary to implement tuition fee price adjustments.

We will endeavor to provide advance notice of any tuition fee price increase. The notification will be communicated to students and parents/guardians through official channels such as email, Wechat, or physical notices.

Vsuccess Education ONLY provides a full refund within 48 hours cooling period before the course starts.

Students might be provided with a parallel class due to sickness, school activities, ect*

*No refund or credit will be given for the unattended classes due to personal reasons.

Vsuccess Education reserves the right to suspend students/families for non-payment of tuition or inappropriate conduct.  We expect all students, parents and teachers to treat each other with respect and consideration.

The above terms and conditions may be changed at the discretion of management and will be communited to customers with updates on our ‘Terms and Conditions’ listed on our website.

Vsuccess Education reserves the right to change an teacher for any reason at any time without notice or liability. In the event of absence of teacher due to illness or personal emergencies, replacement teacher will be offered and no refund or credit will be offered.

Vsuccess Education may cancel a course, a class or a program before it starts. If this unfortunate situation happens, an message or another form of contact will be made to the parents/guardians directly. A full refund will be given.

Parent or legal guardian provide consent for Vsuccess Education  and any of its related and associated entities to use and display a photograph of a Child in any advertising, marketing or promotion undertaken by Golden Abacus Pty Ltd  using any advertising, marketing or promotional medium, including but not limited to: 

• website; 
• print media; 
• electronic media; 
• promotional boards; 
• promotional banners; 
• promotional flyers; and 
• any other form of advertising, marketing or promotion undertaken by Golden Abacus Pty Ltd .
